Biography 

R.M.P. Subha Rathnayaka is working as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Languages, faculty of Social Science at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Hindi Literature, P. G. Diploma in Hindi and B.A. Special degree.
She is someone who is obtaining challenging and career – oriented position in the field of teaching Hindi. The most significant talent She has is her teaching skill. She is confident to teach Hindi different types of audience in the field of University. And also She has a practical experience and sound understanding of the North Indian culture. Her expectation is to popularize Hindi as an international language in Sri Lanka. She has many years of experience as a Hindi lecturer in different Universities. She taught Hindi Language to more than 2500 students in different Universities. While teaching she has tried to create curiosity towards Indian culture, Hindi Language and Literature. Her experience and knowledge on her subject will enable her to be an effective professional in her career. Creativity, free thinking, self-confidence, team working, time management, presentation skills, courage, best targets and adopt different environment are secrets of her achievements.
